I was born in Rome in 1964. I've
been teaching and researching macro-economics for many years in main
Italian State universities.
But, few years ago, I decided to do - finally - what I
really like to do: cooking! Cooking has always been my great and
immense passion:
I was 10 years old only, when I started helping my mother
in her kitchen...
As

I'll

you, directly in your own home's kitchen,
respecting your needs, desires and preferences.
For dinner parties, business lunches, a romantic dinner at home, a
celebration meal to remember,
or for any other special occasions, do not hesitate to contact me!
I'll come to visit you at your convenience, and we'll decide together
when and how to organize your event.
Following your instructions, I'll be entirely responsible forshopping
excellent food and wine, preparing a delicious
complete custom-made lunch or dinner, dressing the table, serving you
and your guests
(helped by one or more
of my maitres d’hôtel,
according to the number of your guests)
andcleaningup
afterward.
The menu, obviously, is pre-planned and discussed with you: the day of
event, I'll come to your home with several hours in advance,
for preparing your
ad
hoc
great tasting meal directly in your kitchen. Health-department
guidelines will be, of course, strictly respected.
